About time. Every time I go into the Funk category, I never get what I'm looking for. It's all synthesized bass. Thank you for actually playing in the song. And yes, there is definitely Jaco in this. But I think in every good bass player's fingers, we all have a bit of Jaco in us. I like the raised notes you put in your little eighth note jazz scales, but it would've sounded nice to hear some slap...lol. Maybe I'm just being greedy. But hey, how many years have you been playing? I'm gonna guess roughly 3 or 4? I've played for 10 myself and I'm really happy with this song, just because of the diversity and the funkified goodness. Big ups. Keep on keepin on
