Honestly, I don't understand it. I found this link of a couple vids of some guys in this BME Pain Olympics thing. I don't know what they get if they win, but what they're doing in the final round, it tying some rope around their junk, putting a plank of wood under it, and castrating themselves on video.

There's no explanation as to why these men are suddenly removing themselves from gender identification, but they are. Now I saw 2girls1cup, and 2girls1finger, and those didn't gross me out half as much as this did. It's so real.

Since this is the final round, I wonder what the pre-lims were like?
